About us

Hello there! My name is Ana. I’m the proud mother of a happy 5 year old girl, Lily. Yes, our daycare name is inspired by her and her love for our farm animals: two goats, chickens and two ducks! I’m married to her father, Douglas; the three of us live in a beautiful 1.2 acre property in New Market, Maryland.

I spent years as a Psychology student, learning to appreciate the amazing way the brain grows and develops. This, along with my time working directly with kids (as a volunteer, as a ballet and music teacher and as a nanny) has formed the foundation for my new business passion — bringing you a brand new home daycare to serve our beautiful community!

I truly believe that using creativity and art can enhance the learning process. I have seen through my studies and real life experience that children thrive with space and freedom to play, allowing their individual creativity to develop.

This is why our program prioritizes playing and having fun in a nurturing and safe space! Here we believe that each child is unique, and we are excited for you to become part of our family!
